Troubleshooting

Posted on August 9, 2008

The last few times I have tried to log onto this site using Internet Explorer, I received an error message. After some research, I have discovered that there is a bug in IE that gives this message when one embeds video on a page.

I also read that if the video is not the top post, it will not give an error message. I don’t know about that, but that’s what this post is about. Once I publish it, the video post will become the second post on the page.

If you’ve had trouble viewing the site, I’d appreciate it if you would leave me a comment and let me know.

(BTW, I’ve had no problems with “Firefox”. I’ve just about switched to using it entirely. You might want to give it a try.)

    Steve,

In my estimation, Firefox is the only way to go. I’ve been using it for over two years and have had absolutely no problems with it. They’ve definitely developed the most user-friendly web browser that I have ever used or seen.

Hear! Hear! to all comments on Firefox.

Now go get OpenOffice.org as well. 🙂

I also use Firefox and have for some time. I much prefer it to IE.

    Hi Terry,
Yes I now prefer it too. I almost exclusively use Firefox now.
