I saw the following video on Jonathan Jones blog entitled, “Evidence of Things Unseen” and just had to copy it. Maybe you have to be a preacher to find this funny, but I’ve lived this song…and I stress the past tense, “lived.” Through the years I’ve learned. Now, my policy is that if I ever want to mention my wife from the pulpit, I must run it by her in advance, and she must give her approval.
Enjoy!

Cute, Steve. Of course, the video inadvertently shows how to ensure that preachers will stop using their wives as illustrations at the congregation they are at. If you notice in the video, the wife isn’t attending the congregation. Once he is fired, he won’t be talking about her in his sermons.
Really funny, Jonathan can find the best stuff. Though I really had a good illustration about my wife this week. Not it is killed. Just joking.

Hey Matthew & Richard, I thought it was funny because I’ve had a few of those conversations. As a matter of fact, I got my wife’s approval before I even put this on my blog. 😉
My wife loved this video.
